Catching up, adding on, tuning out

Bruscript Media blogging has been slow, slow, slow of late. Call it distraction or simply too much going on to keep up with the 'own comms'. It's not an altogether new scenario. A mechanic sometimes forgets to service his or her own car. Chefs are not always the biggest fans of cooking at home. And so it is sometimes with writers and communicators. They can forget to tend to their own field. A quick fix is an update on what we've been busy with lately.

Christian continues to write for Impact Investor, part of the FD Group in The Netherlands, and documenting his travel and culture experiences for Travel Tomorrow, based in Belgium. He has also supported several agencies in their bids for new work, and consulted on several comms visions. Colleagues have supported British press as fixers covering Belgian and European news and affairs. Bruscript has also been working in the area of metropolitan development, sustainable public procurement, and for automotive associations working towards sustainable, safe and autonomous motoring. Work continues on projects communicating European research excellence, researcher mobility around the world, and reporting on progress in the European Research Area, among many other individual assignments.

On the internal comms side, we've updated the Bruscript Media site slightly with links added to the above publications and a bit of a rationalisation on our use of social media. We're sticking with LinkedIn from now on. That catches us up to the present.
